The Dental Store® provides specialty care for in-house patient care as well as outside referrals from other dental practices and dental plans. Specialty care is available for the following:

Periodontist - Gum Therapy & Implants
Endodontists - Root Canal Therapy
Orthodontist - Teeth Straightening [Braces] for Adults & Children
Oral Surgeon - Surgery, Tooth Extraction & Implants
Pediatric Dentist - Children, Adolescents, & Patients with special needs (Disabled, Behavior Problems, Etc).

The Dental Store® provides "one-stop" dental care for the entire family from young children through geriatric dentistry. The Dental Store® has been a training center for several laser companies and has trained several hundred dentists from throughout the country in laser therapy and technique.

Educational & Entertainment

Video Library -- The Dental Store® has an in-office video system for education, entertainment and amusement. Patients may request a video or topic of interest for viewing while waiting for his/her appointment. ASK THE RECEPTIONIST WHILE IN THE OFFICE.

TIP Programs -- Extended community programs for education, careers, communication and training for community groups, associations, schools, corporations, pre-schools, daycare centers and other groups. We provide Lecturers, Health Fair Participation & Dental Displays. Special tours are also available for children through their teachers or class representatives to visit our offices at any time to learn and experience dentistry. More than 18,000 people have taken advantage of our TIP Program thus far.

Children's Play Area -- Special play area in the office for children includes toys, books and videos for their enjoyment and interests.

Special Programs
 

Recall/Maintenance Program -- A discounted recall package for patients returning for their maintenance visits within three months of their normal recall notice. The discount is at least 20 percent of normal customary fees.

Send-A-Friend® Program -- An incentive referral program whereby $10 is awarded against future dentistry to people who refer new friends, neighbors, family or others persons to The Dental Store®, and $10 is awarded to the new patient as well against their first-visit fees. Contact our office administrator for a coupon.

Back-To-School Program -- A package program for school age children patients at The Dental Store® at substantially reduced fees, usually between 55 percent to 65 percent savings. During July only. Package includes teeth cleaning, bitewing X-rays, fluoride treatment, examination, orthodontic evaluation, oral hygiene instructions, and evaluation of tooth development, also included is completion of school exam forms.

The Denture Adventure® -- A program designed for persons having removable dentures or partial dentures which require replacement. This program is offered periodically, but not regularly, and consists of a substantial discount for trading in non-functional or worn denture appliances.

Same Day Repair Services -- The Dental Store® has a same-day repair service for denture repairs, tooth replacement and emergency treatment in cases where pain persists, appearance and/or function is compromised.

Children's Play Area -- A specific area is set aside for children to enjoy, apart from adults, in the waiting room. Toys are available along with a variety of books and select videotapes.

Second Languages -- For our patients who can more easily communicate in a language other than English, some of our staff members speak Greek, Bulgarian, Tagalog, Spanish and other languages.
