Dr. Goldstein completed his PreMedical training at Drake University early and went on to become a Nuclear Medicine Technologist before attending dental school and graduating from the University of Illinois with a DDS as an outstanding senior clinician. While at the University of Illinois, Dr. Goldstein acted as class officer and president of the Alpha Omega professional fraternity.
After retiring from his restorative practice in the northern suburbs, he went on to teach at UIC College of Dentistry where he was a Clinical Assistant professor, Course Director, and published author on dental education while also seeing patients privately in the faculty-only practice at the college. Dr Goldstein loves to treat the whole patient with a long-term perspective of a lifetime of oral health. He believes communication is essential to patient- doctor interaction and clinical excellence is always the expected outcome.
Dr. Goldstein grew up, raised his family, and practiced in the north suburbs, but now lives in the city near his two grown children. He loves to walk his dog along the lake, take pictures, and enjoy the water.
